What We Inspect

  • EXTERIOR: gutters, flashing, drainage, roof & chimney, siding & exterior finish, deck & porch, steps & railings, visible structure & foundation, lot grading, side walks & driveways.
  • INTERIOR: Walls, ceilings, floors, staircases, doors, windows, fireplace & hearth, attic insulation, visible framing, basement & crawl space.
  • PLUMBING: main supply line, distribution lines, water heater, fixtures,vents & traps & drains, functional flow.
  • ELECTRICAL: Service entrance, electrical panels, grounding, branch circuits, receptacles & outlets including GFCI & AFCI.
  • HEATING & A/C: Furnace & Central air conditioning components, venting, ductwork & registers, controls.
  • GARAGE: venting, firestopping, overhead door.
